ABOUT

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Baker is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a functional, root-cause approach to health. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, she looks at how gut function, hormones, stress, sleep, and nutrition interconnect, helping people understand the why behind how they feel, and build personalised plans that hold up over time.

“Nutrition advice should be person-focused, not disease-focused.”

— Stephanie Baker

Her work spans digestive health and IBS, hormonal balance, women's health and menopause, stress and fatigue, weight management, and skin health, with particular depth in chronic acne, which she treats from the inside out through her flagship Beyond Skin Deep Programme. Her clinical practice sits alongside a strong commitment to evidence-based, science-led nutrition, informed by her MSc research at Leeds Beckett.
