      Multivitamins helps to keep my 77 year old body active and Turmeric keeps my arthritis under control

      I am a77 year old man who is very active in cycling either indoor or outdoors and I find that after cancer treatment for tongue cancer I have very little appetite. I also have difficulty in swallowing especially vegetables and dry food. I find that the vitamins helps to keep me active. Due to a recent removal of a rare skin cancer I have been advised to avoid strong sunlight and to take vitamin D3.
