      Highly Recommended

      I started taking Collagen Complex after having a full hysterectomy last summer and I can't believe the difference in my skin, hair and nails. Best of all though, it's sorted out the dryness down below which was really uncomfortable and sore. I combine these with Meno Complex rather than taking HRT and wouldn't be without them.
