      Great product.

      Basic reason for purchasing to help with my flagging energy levels due to my hypothyroidism.

      I've been taking them for the last month and yes I have already noticed a change, particularly over the last week. Whereas in mid afternoon I would normally 'hit a wall' this no longer happens until early evening. Certain tasks I can now continue for longer periods before feeling a lag in energy too.

      Vitamin B is very helpful for me

      I am enjoying using Vitamin B Complex and am about to start my second month of usage and I have found plenty of benefit so far including a noticable reduction in my levels of fatigue so it is definitely a case of so far so good for me but I have been advised that the body probably needs three months plus to adjust properly to them.
