Requiring a bad needed boost to my mental health.

The obvious course of action is to subscribe to Anti Depressants from my GP. Albeit my situation is not unique in the current climate I reviewed the alternatives to the above. I started with Purolabs vitamin D3 K2 which I have found to be very beneficial during our winter season. Further investigation of the feel good factor and improved sleep led me to the Purolabs 5 HTP. I have been taking for approx 2 weeks and I can honestly say it's had a positive effect on my day today feeling. I will continue to take indefinitely as this would be my preference to prescribed medication.

Really helped my low mood

Have used 5HTP many years ago when going through a really low patch and decided to try it again as had been struggling with menopausal low mood and a sense of hopelessness and wanted to avoid prescription meds or HRT if possible. Just ordering them made me feel I was doing something and 2 weeks later I am back feeling me again. I think it's important to include that I also backed up this supplement with taking out a sports centre membership and going to a yoga/plates class and Turkish bath a couple of times a week. Highly recommend trying 5HTP.
