    Something that I take almost every day because sometimes I forget

    The best supliment if you want to have a defence against getting colds and flu. Keeps inflammation down all over the body not only with seasonal colds but with anything that can cause inflammation.

    I have been taking this supliment for nearly 2 years now. I was sent it free by purolabs.

    I work in Fashion retail and I have children. I am exposed to people that are coughing and sneezing frequently but in these 2 years I only got ill twice and I recovered in 2,3 days max.

    This only happened because once I wanted to test it out and stop taking it for one week and recently over Christmas period I was out a lot and my routine changed what contributed to me forgetting to take it every day.

    Wonderful

    The NAC supplement is good, I always use it for 3 months and then take a break of 1 or 2 months and start again, and what it does with the phlegm in the lungs is wonderful. I recommend it.
