    Good Product

    I decided to give this a try after reading that flic acid can potentially also help with meno symptoms. I think it has contributed to easing hot flushes and has definitely helped my mood. I would recommend giving it a try!

    No side effects or bad after taste

    I’ve been using this product for the past couple of months, and so far, I’ve had no side effects. The product has no bad aftertaste, which is not the case with other brands. It's probably the only brand that makes the most bioavailable folate and is vegan

    Really Works

    Puro Folate really works!! it brought up my deficient levels of folic acid anemia. I felt an increase of energy within a month, in two months my hair had stopped falling out. Over 4 months later, there is a slight weeney improvement in my hip pain (glucosamine i think?), overall I feel much lighter and a bonus my feet get very warm quickly & stay warm especially at night.     Amazing!

    I started taking this after having my hormonal coil removed. I am not actively trying for a baby but It is helping me regain balance in my body before trying.
