When creating this product we chose to use the ubiquinone form of CoQ10, (even though ubiquinol is thought to be more bioavailable)

Ubiquinone is actual CoQ10, a powerful antioxidant,which when used as a supplement has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, optimise energy, and promote muscle recovery amongst many other health benefits.

A newer commercially available source called ‘Ubiquinol’ emerged in the mid-2000s and was marketed as a superior, more bioavailable source, with a raw ingredient price tag to match.

Ubiquinol and Ubiquinone both naturally exist in the body, and in fact, they transform between the two forms themselves, once ingested. So it makes no difference which form you take, because it’s going to be converted from whatever form you took, to the other.

Important to know as well, is that outside of the body ubiquinol is molecularly highly unstable, and shortly after exposure to oxygen, it oxidises to ubiquinone. It’s also worth knowing that the majority of studies which show benefit, are based on use of Ubiquinone.

    Purolabs is an excellent company with effective products sourced from natural ingreients.

    I am 77 years old. I am bright and sparkly and my mind is as clear as a bell. I have taken Q10 for a while, but when I discovered purolabs, I am gradually moving all my supplements to this company.

    So far I take their Vitamin C, Lion's Mane and CQ10, but I will add others as my previous supplies from other companies run out.

    Coenzyme Q10

    The packaging is a different shape to the usual supplement containers. It is slim and therefore really easy to store, especially when storing multiples. The lid closes & opens easily and is very securely.

    The tablets themselves are easy to swallow and a manageable size. Overall very happy with this purchase and will order again.

    A great little helper with Meno Complex

    I have bags of energy and I used to be sleeping 16hrs a day. I didn't want to get up because I'd just cry all the time.
