Delivery Terms:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 working hours, excluding bank holidays and weekends. If an order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us when your order has been sent. 

Where there is a delay in the supply of goods we will advise you as soon as practically possible.

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address specified at checkout when you place your order. 

Please note that you are solely responsible for providing the correct delivery address when you place your order and we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. 

If you notice that you made an error when entering your delivery address please contact us ASAP after placing your order and we will do our very best to correct it before your order is dispatched. 

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery Guide:

We offer a 48-hour tracked Royal Mail service within the UK for one-time purchases and the first shipments of subscription orders. Following deliveries for subscription orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's 48-hour service.

Next business day delivery is also available from DPD costing £4.95.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

While the majority of orders sent via Royal Mail arrive within 2-3 working days and DPD within 1-2 working days under normal circumstances, please be aware that external factors may affect delivery times. These factors include the shipping carrier's service, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shopping seasons, over which we have limited control.

Please allow 5 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive before enquiring about your delivery.

Damaged Products:

Whilst we try very hard to deliver our item to you in perfect condition, in the event that it does arrive damaged we will replace it for you, free of charge.
