      It works

      I am suffering with anxiety brought on by peri menopause. I already take hormonal balance and ashwaganda but needed something extra. I’d heard of 5HTP but didn’t know much about it. I did my homework and decided to give them a try. I only take 1 capsule per day (approx 51mg) even though it recommends 2 but didn’t want to over do it. After 2 weeks I noticed a real difference in my overall mood and felt much calmer and dare I say happier. I still have the odd occasion where I feel a little uneasy but I am at least able to function unlike before when I would just be in tears all the time. I highly recommend trying these for any issues with anxiety or low mood, the really do work.
