To manage your account, simply login to your customer portal using the email address associated with your subscription. You can access the portal from our website login section (which can be found in the top right corner), and no password is required!
Once you’ve logged in, you can edit your subscription, change your shipping and billing information, update your payment method, and manage your delivery schedule. You can also view your order history and track your shipments from the customer portal. If you encounter any difficulties don’t hesitate to email us at support@purolabs.com
To update your details or address, simply log in to your account and navigate to the Shipping section. From there, you should be able to edit your personal information, including your address and other contact details. If you have any trouble doing this, please contact us at support@purolabs.com .
To sign up, simply select the Subscribe & Save option on any product when you next checkout.
To reschedule or skip a delivery, simply login to your customer portal using the email address associated with your subscription.
From there, you can access your delivery schedule and make any necessary changes. You can choose to skip a specific delivery or reschedule it for a later date. You can also change the frequency of your deliveries if you need to receive your supplements more or less often.
Keep in mind that changes to your delivery schedule must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment takes effect. If you encounter any difficulties don’t hesitate to email us at
