      Amazing stuff

      I took this for two months and saw a small change mainly in my nails ! It wasn’t until I went to the hairdresser and she kept asking what i had done as my hair was thicker and silkier ! After much brain racking realised I had taken this supplement. My nails are in such bad condition - they split vertically so started taking again with the menopause supplement aa suffering with peri menopause and I think it’s going to take a while but my nails are also slowly improving and my hair is amazing too

      Since using the complex I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my hair and skin. I am peri-menopausal and was loosing around a handful of hair a day. My hair loss has greatly reduced. My skin was lacking a glow. This has now been restored. And my nails are much healthier. The capsules are also way to swallow and I really like the packaging. It’s nice and easy to open.
