    Need more time for these to show results

    Taking selenium along with biotin supplements and I would say my nails have got stronger. Still waiting for hair regrowth though! I will continue taking them until they are used up and decide then if they have made a big difference. I know supplements need to get into your system before they start working so at this stage of taking 1 months worth I am not expecting major changes.
