Puro Psyllium Husks is our natural fiber complex with Aloe Vera to support digestive function and heart health.

Psyllium is a bulk-forming laxative that passes through the digestive tract and turns into a gel as it expands. It is a source of dietary fiber that can be used either as a one-off to ease constipation or taken regularly to improve regularity and support overall digestive health

The Psyllium in our vegan-friendly formula is derived from the seeds of the Plantago Ovata plant (also known as "blond psyllium) and is cleaned to 99.9% purity. Our formula also contains Aloe Vera Extract to further support digestive health.

I've noticed a difference

I have mild to moderate Crohn's and for the last 4 years I've been trying different things from flaxseeds to different diets to probiotics and nothing has worked until this. It's early days, I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now and have definitely noticed a difference. I hope the positive effects continue 🤞. I will be ordering again.

Best on the market

Having conducted some homework with regards to Diverticulitis, this had the best independent reviews. I have now taken this for just over a month and it's working well. Two tablets/ day is my ideal, however this will work individually from person to person. I will definitely order again.

Tried it and like it

Don't take with other medication.

The Puro Psyllium Husks works really well. Perhaps just mention that you should not take it with any other medication because it stop the absorption of other medication. I was taking it in the mornings with my HRT and it was not until I started having hot flashes and not sleeping that I started to research it. It does not really say on the medication when is the best time of day to take it either.
