Puro Meno Complex

I suddenly started getting hot flushes and night sweats earlier on this year. Looked on line for a supplement and these came up with great reviews. I was having 20+ hot flushes a day, just going into the 2nd month of taking these and my hot flushes are about 2 a day sometimes none. I can live with this. Maybe the longer I take them the better it will become.

I did loads of research before I bought any kind of supplement for the effects of menopause. There were so many good reviews for purolabs but it is much more expensive than other supplements. But I think you pay for what you get. What would be the point of spending less but it not having any positive impact? That was about 5 months ago and I have to say that I haven’t had a hot flush since taking them that I recall. My flushes weren’t huge but I definitely noticed them but none now for ages. I would absolutely recommend if you can afford it. I am determined not to do HRT due to a history of breast cancer so if I can get through this with these supplements then great! So far so good for me.
